Terms & Conditions

By completing the order/purchase process, you agree to a contract of obligation between yourself and Xemival Ltd. After you complete the payment process, an order confirmation email will be sent to you detailing the product you have purchased and the total amount to be charged to your credit/debit card. We would advise you to print out this email and save a copy as a record of your transaction for future reference.

Once your product has been packaged and dispatched, an email will be sent to you detailing the estimated arrival date, the carrier name and tracking number if applicable.

If your order has been declined, it could be for the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered has just been sold out.
  • We failed to obtain authorisation for the payment from your card issuer.

Delivery

Framed and unframed prints of the standard sizes offered by Xemival Ltd are gift-wrapped in a beautiful custom-made box. Framed prints are dispatched ready to hang. Unframed prints are not mounted, unless you wish to order this as a bespoke service. This gives you the freedom to choose a mount and frame most suitable for the target interior. Bespoke prints, larger than those offered by Xemival Ltd, will be rolled and inserted into heavyweight tubes.

Because all prints are limited editions and are signed and numbered by Joseph Eta himself, delivery times depend on his availability. If Joe is not away on a shoot, prints will be ready for shipping within 3 days. If he is away on shoot, prints will be ready for shipping within a maximum period of 2 weeks. Bespoke orders could take up to 3 weeks to be ready for shipping. Please check the news page for Joe’s travel itenary.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us for a replacement or a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you are returning a product, it must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You will be responsible for the delivery costs. Before returning an item please send us an email at support@xemival.com identifying the problem. Refunds will be processed within 14 days and you will be notified once this has been done.

Xemival Ltd is a UK registered company and the purchase contract will be concluded in English and under English law.
